"Overall exceptional experience in dealing with this company. I have to say that it’s easy to have a good experience when everything goes well - but I truly believe it’s how people behave when things go wrong that is most telling of their character and integrity. Without going into too much detail, All Pro did a big job at our house this summer. Unfortunately there were some big problems due to a material and supplier error (no fault of all pro and not a reflection of their quality of work). Borys (the owner) took this issue on and did everything in his power to correct it and ensure a high quality appearance of our house. Despite a lot of trouble from the supplier, and a lot of time and pushback, he communicated extremely well throughout the whole process and took it on personally to rectify our issue. Having been renovating our house for 5 years now, I’ve dealt with dozens of contractors and have to say that most would not stand by their work like this, and many would cut and run rather than working so hard to make things right for their customers. In the end, our house looks beautiful, and the integrity, professionalism and dedication of all pro painters to quality output and their customers is among the top 1% of any companies I have ever hired"
